How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Malaysia. Express 24-hour delivery is available for select products at an additional cost.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF files with 3mm bleed and 300 DPI resolution.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! We offer sample packs for most product categories. Contact our team to request a sample kit with various paper stocks and finishes.
What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind our quality. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a reprint or full refund.
Do you offer design services?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can create custom designs from scratch or refine your existing artwork. Design consultation is complimentary for orders over RM 500.
